Cartoon Characters

Do you love funny cartoon characters? They just have so much personality by the expressions on their faces. I've been busy drawing and designing products with cute fruit characters. I've done an apple, orange, banana, lemon, lime and pears. It was my husbands idea, actually! I really like how they turned out, and I've had some great comments on them already! Hopefully, they'll turn into big selling products! They were really fun to design and each one kind of has it's own personality! I've been doing lots of article writing lately too! Busy going to the gym and of course keeping up with the unending housework! Oh ya, I had a great bulk sale on one of my floral t-shirts today, that was awesome! Spring Planting

Well it's a rainy day today, so glad I got my pansies planted in the front flower garden yesterday. Added a little bright green cypress tree to the back garden and half a dozen or so marigolds! It sure brightened it up! My lilac tree is blooming beautifully for the second year now, yeah! I think I'll go snip a few sprigs to bring in the house! Love the scent of lilacs!
I've been working on new lenses for squidoo, enjoying learning new things from other 'Rocket Moms' My latest lens is one I created about Black Forest Trifle and other great trifle recipes. You can view it under my squidoo lenses in the sidebar. I did some fun drawings for this lens too, I used them on some of my zazzle products. Also been busy drawing some 'Cala Lilies' and these look really pretty on postage stamps and magnets too. Well better get back to work the day goes fast!

Cardio Kicks

Just came back from a great workout at the gym. I couldn't believe how busy it was, the cardio machines in the ladies room were completely full, one person would get off and the next would hop on! Great to see so many people getting fit!
I've been designing things for music teachers, like mugs with great sayings, t-shirts that any teacher would be proud to show off. Also creating some athletic designs. Cute magnets and t-shirts too!

Beautiful Postage

Well I'm not usually on my laptop this early but this morning my son had to be at school at 6am for a 3 day field trip to Victoria, B.C. So I had to be up extra early today, after I dropped him off I went right to the gym for an awesome workout! So needless to say I'm feeling energized and ready to go! Have a load of laundry in the dryer already and just finished a great bowl of oatmeal! Zazzle is still having a postage sale, so if you need to pick up stamps. There are lots of unique and interesting ones to choose from! I've been working on some new squidoo lenses and some fun designs for my zazzle store. I joined a fabulous 'mom' network! Romantic Sayings

I just finished putting up a beautiful romantic saying above the headboard in our bedroom. It was so easy to apply, it's in fancy black letters that say 'All because two people fell in love...' I don't know if you've used those or not but there are some really great words and sayings that you can get. Sayings for almost any room of the house! Great ideas without spending a ton of money to create a new look! You can see some wall word sites on my Decorating squidoo lens! For my Zazzle store I've been designing some motivational cards, these would be great to have handy at an office or if you need to send a friend a little pick me up note! It's always good to keep a few extra cards on hand. If you're looking for some unique postage I have many different nature/floral designs. Refreshed

I had to show these beautiful photos of flowers that I took and put on these fabulous postage. Three are tropical flowers of Hawaii and the Cherry Blossoms I photographed in our front yard!





Don't you just love how you feel after a great workout, knowing that you worked your muscles out really hard and you just feel so good! I love that feeling! Since returning from my Hawaiian vacation I have written 2 articles (lens) one that I've mentioned on Beautiful Maui Photography and the other on Activities and Attractions to see and do in Maui! Some really great information and photos to view. For my zazzle store I've been working on some more 'Green' designs, cute little bug, still working on some more floral designs as well and soon to add some Mother's Day designs too!

Inspiration

I've been creating designs with inspirational/motivational sayings on them lately! Some photos of my guys gave me inspiration for cards, postage, postcards, and posters.
